新华社北京9月7日电 今年第11号超强台风“摩羯”9月6日16时20分、22时20分先后在海南文昌市、广东徐闻县登陆，造成严重灾害，大量用户电力、通信中断，部分房屋倒损。截至7日12时，灾害已造成海南、广东、广西3省区122.7万人不同程度受灾，3人死亡、95人受伤。
